I'm a new business loan broker, will this even work?
First, welcome to the industry! It's the wild west, our background is in digital marketing, and it's very different than the alternative finance space. The good news is, as long as you have the right systems and programs in place, it doesn't matter if you are a team of one or forty; our leads are simply looking for funding. If you can help them acquire that capital, you'll do just fine.
What type of leads does Directlend offer?
Currently, Directlend AI is only focusing on the small business lending aka the alternative finacing space. In the future, there are plans to move into mortgages (this is the reason we created Directlend, we faced challenges securing the right type of financing, which caused us to lose out on a real-estate deal). Because they didn't have a lend-match system, we built our own!
