We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

Matched funding partners. When you submit information to be matched with funding options, we may share your business and contact information with lenders, funders, brokers, financial service providers, or other funding partners that match your business profile. These partners may use your information to review your request, contact you, request additional documents, and provide possible funding options.

We do not sell your personal information for unrelated third-party marketing. We only share your information with matched funding partners when it is reasonably necessary to provide the matching service you requested, or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

Compensation disclosure. DirectLend AI may receive compensation from funding partners when users are matched, referred, submit an application, receive an offer, or obtain funding.
